RFP for Custodial Services for Contract Retainage and Franchise Security
The Comptroller of the City of New York, requests proposals for banks or trust companies to act as Custodial Agent for collateral that is deposited with the Comptroller as contract retainage or security on City Agreements.
A pre-proposer’s conference will be held on April 15, 2008 at 2 pm in the Comptroller’s Board Room on the 5th floor of the Municipal Building, One Centre Street, New York, N.Y. Proposals must be received by May 5 at 3:00 pm (ET). Questions relating to the RFP should be submitted in writing to our Agency contact, Maria Nicola Castiglione, by e-mail at accountrfps@comptroller.nyc.gov by April 24, 2008.
