Prevailing Wage

The Labor Law Prevailing Wage application contains wage and benefits information for all job classifications and job titles performed on public work projects within New York City. this information is stored within the Prevailing Wage Application by calendar year and prevailing wage schedules. Wage and benefit information is reviewed on a yearly basis and may be updated if new wage or benefit information is available. Prevailing Wage Schedules are published July 1st of every year as a PDF file and stored within the Labor Law section of the website. The Prevailing Wage Application reduces the amount of manual effort it takes to review and update hundreds of job titles from year to year. Supporting documentation such as collective bargaining agreements, letters or other correspondence can also be stored within the Prevailing Wage Application. The Labor Law Investigation Unit uses Prevailing Wage Application as a research tool for supporting the verification of wage and benefit information for Labor Law Claims that are filed.
