Request For Proposals For The Provision Of Mediation Services
(August 17, 2007-September 28, 2007)

The Comptroller of the City of New York (the “Comptroller”) invites proposals from appropriately qualified entities to provide mediation services for the disposition of claims or lawsuits filed against the City of New York.  The resulting contract(s) is(are) intended to utilize those mediation services to cost effectively maximize the volume of settlements and minimize the life-cycle of a claim or lawsuit

Proposals are due by 5:00 PM on Friday September 28, 2007.

A mandatory pre-proposal Conference will be held on the 12th Floor at
1 Centre Street in the Main Conference Room at 10:00 AM on
August 24, 2007.  Proposals from firms that do not attend this conference will not be considered.
