How To Redeem A New York City Bond Or Coupon

Bank of New York Mellon is the transfer and paying agent for all New York City General Obligation, NYC Transitional Finance Authority and NYC Municipal Water Finance Authority bonds. Bonds should never be sent directly to the Comptroller's Office.

The proceeds on bonds which have matured or been called for redemption more than three years ago have been escheated to the New York State Comptroller's Office of Unclaimed Funds.
