Centers for Disease Control (CDC) National Prevention Information Network
The U.S. reference and referral service for information on HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and tuberculosis (TB). We collect and disseminate data and materials to support the work of HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, STD, and TB prevention organizations and workers in international, national, state, and local settings.
All services are designed to facillitate sharing of information and resources on education and prevention services, program collaboration and service integration across the four diseases, published materials, research findings, and trends among users for CDC and its partner organizations. This allows partners to easily access and leverage existing materials and conserve resources.
Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA)
Fellowship of men/women with common purpose to develop healthy relationships.
Colombian Lesbian & Gay Association (COLEGA)
Non-profit. Safe space for NY’s Colombian LGBT community. Health/self-esteem training, health service referrals. Social events.
Columbia Addiction Services and Psychotherapy Interventions Research (CASPIR)
Research institute serving LGBT community. Currently runs two projects offering treatment to help individuals reduce drinking.
Columbia University Gay Health Advocacy Project
Services to members of the university community.

Community Healthcare Network
Group of non-profit community health centers in 4 boroughs. Primary medical care, social/mental health services, confidential HIV testing/counseling. Transgender program in Bronx. Weekly support group /workshops, HIV/STD education, legal services/referrals, GED preparation, other services. All welcome.
Crystal Clear Project
Program provides gay-affirmative services for gay and bisexual men using substances such as crystal methamphetamine.
Crystal Meth Anonymous New York
Fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other, so they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from addiction to crystal meth.

Gay & Lesbian Caregiver's Support Group for Alzheimer's Disease
For caregiver's of persons with Alzheimer's. Meets 1st and 3rd Thursday's, 6:45-8:15 at the Center.
Gay & Lesbian Medical Association (GLMA)
National organization committed to ensuring equality in healthcare for LGBT individuals/healthcare professionals. Applies expertise in patient/professional education, public policy work, and through promotion of research. Operates online referral service of LGBT-friendly providers.
Gay Men's Health Crisis, Inc. (GMHC)
US's first AIDS service/ advocacy organization. Programs/ services include free testing, HIV prevention, hot meals, nutrition counseling, legal counsel/ representation, case management, help accessing health care/ housing, financial advocacy, vocational counseling/ job training, mental health services, support groups, complementary therapies, substance abuse counseling.
Harlem United Community AIDS Center, Inc
Serves people living with HIV/AIDS. Medical/ dental care, mental health services, expensive therapies, alternative medicine. Also provides array of services in prevention, education, supportive housing, HIV testing. See website for info/locations.
