EFT Form Info

Electronic fund transfer (EFT) of monthly pension benefits is offered to retired New York City employees who receive monthly pension benefits. With EFT, your net pension check amount is automatically deposited into your checking or savings account, as you designate. It is safe, fast, reliable, and convenient.

NYCERS no longer accepts copies of the EFT forms. To find out more information about obtaining the original forms from (NYCERS) check the NYCERS website.
