SUGAR: LGBT Diabetics
The only LGBT group for diabetics in NYC. We meet every 4th Wed. of each month, 6:30pm, at the Center. Our mission is to offer support to both newly diagnosed and seasoned diabetics, who identify as same-gender-loving people. We share "food for thoughts" through personal experiences, & provide an open space to talk about diabetic issues specific to the LGBTD community. All types of diabetes are welcome. Friends, family, parents, couples, and care takers are also welcomed. Stop by & make some new friends, and learn more about diabetes from other diabetics.

Teen Outreach Prevention Service
