Brooklyn Blades
Ice Hockey Club is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit corporation that has been running community ice hockey programs in New York City since 1992.

Brooklyn College Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Alliance (LGBTA)
Club for queer and trans students and allies. Provides information about resources and organizes educational and social events.

Brooklyn Community Pride Center
Our mission is to provide a safe, common space offering physical and mental health services, social support, recreational and cultural programming, as well as being a hub of information for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and families in Brooklyn. Through promotion of the empowerment, development, and general welfare of the LGBT community with emphasis on gender, racial, and ethnic parity, we are committed to affecting positive change within our Borough, and the community at large.

HIV/AIDS services for adults, adolescents and children: primary care program, in-patient, nutrition, case management, dental, counseling, dermatology, specialty referral, OB-GYN, rapid HIV testing, LGBT-friendly. Ask about Flatbush location.

Brooklyn Law School OUTLaws
Group for LGBT law students. Sponsors panels on LGBT issues, coordinates activities with other LGBT legal organizations.

Brooklyn Men (K)onnect (BMK)
A community outreach, intervention and health education program dedicated to expanding access to HIV/STD-related prevention resources and promoting sexual health education within the MSM population.

Brooklyn Pride, Inc.
Brooklyn’s LGBT Pride organization focuses on building new bridges between community resources/LGBT community. Plans annual Brooklyn Pride multi-cultural festival and parade.

Humanist religious organization dedicated to improving ethical quality of relationships in personal lives and the world.

Buddies of New Jersey, Inc.
HIV/AIDS resource center. Case management, licensed substance abuse treatment/counseling, transportation, housing, support groups, emergency financial assistance, food bank.

Butch/Femme Society
Social/support network for self-identified butches/femmes.

Callen-Lorde Community Health Center
NYC’s only quality LGBT health facility. Primary/preventive care, chronic disease management, HIV/AIDS treatment, STD testing/treatment, HIV rapid antibody testing, lesbian/transgender/senior health, adolescent/young adult health care (HOTT).

Catholic Lesbians
Religious and not-so-religious. All women welcome. Meets 2nd Friday of month, 7 pm–9 pm, West Room.

Center CARE Bereavement Services
Bereavement support groups for those dealing with death of family, friends or partners. .

Center CARE Mental Health Services
For Those dealing with anxiety, depression, other mental health concerns. Confidential assessment, counseling referral services.

Center CARE Recovery
Licensed, outpatient LGBT-specific substance abuse recovery program providesLGBT sensitive and affirmative assessment, substance abuse/dependency treatment, relapse prevention and referral services to individuals, couples, groups.

Center CARE Substance Abuse Program
Carrie Davis, CSW, Director of Mental Health and Social Services. For LGBT people experiencing difficulty with alcohol and/or substance abuse. Confidential, on-site information, assessment, referral, as well as individual, couples and group counseling.

Center Community Services Department
Counseling, advocacy, recovery, education, substance abuse counseling. HIV Case Management, Mental Health, Lesbian Cancer Initiative, Gender Identity Project, Center Families, Youth Enrichment Services (YES)

Center Families
Family program for LGBT parents and their children, and those considering parenthood.

Center for Anti-Violence Education, The
Self-defense (verbal and physical) and martial arts for women, transgender people, children, teens. Award-winning, non-competitive programs at the center develop skills, knowledge, awareness to enable participants to heal from, prevent and counter violence. Sliding fee and free childcare available. Also travel throughout NYC to teach LGBTQ groups.

Center for Constitutional Rights, Inc.
Supports extending constitutional/human rights to LGBT community.

Center for Lesbian & Gay Studies (CLAGS)
Research center presenting talks, conferences, movie screenings, seminars, all free and open to public, focusing on LGBT lives and experiences.
