NYC Comptroller’s Office Request for Proposals for a Private Equity Investment Consultant

The Comptroller of the City of New York (the “Comptroller”), acting on behalf of the New York City Employees’ Retirement System, the Teachers’ Retirement System for the City of New York, the New York City Police Pension Fund, the New York City Fire Department Pension Fund, the New York City Board of Education Retirement System and related funds (the “Systems”), has prepared a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to identify a firm or firms to provide private equity investment consulting and support services. Consistent with the policies expressed by the City of New York, participation by City-certified minority-owned and women-owned businesses or partnership arrangements with minority-owned and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged. Additionally, participation by small and New York City-based businesses is encouraged.
The RFP, which fully describes the scope or work, minimum requirements, and proposal submission procedures may be downloaded by filling out the form provided below. Questions about the RFP should be transmitted by e-mail as soon as possible but no later than January 8, 2019 by 2 p.m. to Noreen Pye at PEConsultant@comptroller.nyc.gov. Proposals are due by January 23, 2019 by 2 p.m.
