Report Fraud Involving City Funds
The Research and Investigations Unit (R&I) is a team of lawyers and research and data analysts within the Audit Bureau that conducts research, undertakes investigations, and prepares detailed reports of issues concerning the City’s operations, programs, and fiscal health. Where necessary, R&I makes referrals of its findings to other government agencies.
You can contact R&I with complaints about fraud concerning the City’s finances, including the misuse of City funds, mismanagement of City programs or misconduct by City contractors. In order for us to address your complaint, we ask that you fill out the form below in as much detail as possible. Anonymous complaints, although more difficult to address, are welcome.
