Commissioner Bill Bratton has served this City with distinction, keeping our citizens and neighborhoods safe. I want to thank him for working to reduce crime in the nation’s largest City. At the same time, I look forward to working with Commissioner O’Neill and Chief of Department Gomez, to further the goals of strengthening our police force and empowering the diverse communities they serve.
