For members of the LGBTQIA+ community, connecting to services geared towards their needs can be a challenge. African Services Committee offers individual mental health treatment and a weekly support group for LGBTQ community members having emigrated primarily from the African Diaspora, at no cost.

Program strives to provide supportive services, educational sessions, and a safe space for LGBTQ+ youth ages 13-24, especially those who are experiencing or at risk of becoming homeless. They are provided with hot meals, snacks, and the opportunity to shower and receive hygiene products whenever needed, and both recreational/educational activities.
