Harlem United

For the last 30 years, Harlem United has offered LGBTQ-affirmative services in Harlem and the South Bronx. It supports underserved communities with chronic conditions such as serious mental illness, HIV, Hepatitis C (HCV), and substance use, as they face extreme poverty, food insecurity, and homelessness.
