The Richard C. Failla LGBTQ Commission promotes equal access to the courts for all regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We educate, develop policy, and aim to enhance diversity and promote the presence of LGBTQ judicial and non-judicial personnel within the Unified Court System.
