United Methodist Church of the Village

The Church of the Village is a progressive and radically inclusive community committed to dismantling racism, sexism, and all forms of oppression. This congregation is part of a long tradition of welcoming marginalized communities, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, and offering an affirming, gay-friendly church space. The foundation for all of our theology and practice is Jesus’ instruction – to “love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself.”
