Today’s Supreme Court decision leaving intact a nearly forty-year-old precedent is a victory for working people across the country. The Court has affirmed the fundamental right of public sector workers to collect fees to collectively bargain – a key pillar, with the right to unionize, in the fight to protect and expand the middle class.
