Progress Report

Meeting Local Law 174 spending goals requires consistent, diligent effort on the part of City agency staff. The New York City Comptroller’s Office is providing a new tool to assist in these efforts: quarterly M/WBE progress reports for each Mayoral agency.

These progress reports provide an analysis of each agency’s spending with M/WBEs by minority group and industry. The reports are not an issuance of letter grades. Rather, they are intended as a tool for agencies to examine gaps in their spending in relation to Local Law 174 goals as they continue through FY 2018 and beyond.
