Purpose of RFQ
Pursuant to section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv)of the New York City (“City”) Procurement Policy Board (“PPB”) Rules, the New York City Office of the Comptroller (the “Comptroller’s Office” or “Comptroller”), Bureau of Information Systems and Technology (“BIST”) is seeking responses from responsible M/WBE vendors for the Purchase of ACL Robotics Enterprise Platform Solution.
Please note the following:
- Attachment A contains the authorized contact person name and email for pricing
- Vendor must be a current City-certified M/WBE

Submission Deadline
Wednesday, April 10, 2024 by 2:00PM. Incomplete submission may be deemed non-responsive. Please download the RFQ for submission requirements.
Questions
All questions regarding this RFQ may be submitted in writing to opportunity@comptroller.nyc.gov no later than 2:00PM on Monday, April 8, 2024. Please include “PIN# 01524BIST69358 – MWBE Small Purchase RFQ – Purchase Of ACL Robotics Enterprise Platform Solution” in the subject line of any e-mail sent to the address above.
In the event the Comptroller’s Office determines that it is necessary to respond to the inquiry in writing, such response will be furnished as an addendum to the RFQ to all potential proposers known to have downloaded the RFQ. All addenda will be available on the Comptroller’s website. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check the website regularly for any updates and addenda to this solicitation. In order to receive email notifications regarding this solicitation, proposers must register and download this RFQ on the Comptroller’s website.
