Purpose of RFQ
Pursuant to section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv)of the New York City (“City”) Procurement Policy Board (“PPB”) Rules, the New York City Office of the Comptroller (the “Comptroller’s Office” or “Comptroller”), Bureau of Administration (“ADM”) is seeking responses from responsible M/WBE vendors for the Purchase of Citrix for Private Cloud.

Submission Deadline
March 22, 2024 by 2:00PM. Incomplete submission may be deemed non-responsive. Please download the RFQ for submission requirements. 

Questions
All questions regarding this RFQ may be submitted in writing to opportunity@comptroller.nyc.gov no later than 2:00PM on March 06, 2024. Please include “PIN# 01524BIST68310 MWBE Small Purchase RFQ – Purchase Of Citrix Apps And Desktop Premium On-Prem Subscription Business Cont. Assurance Licenses” in the subject line of any e-mail sent to the address above.

In the event the Comptroller’s Office determines that it is necessary to respond to the inquiry in writing, such response will be furnished as an addendum to the RFQ to all potential proposers known to have downloaded the RFQ. All addenda will be available on the Comptroller’s website. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check the website regularly for any updates and addenda to this solicitation. In order to receive email notifications regarding this solicitation, proposers must register and download this RFQ on the Comptroller’s website.
