To file other non-tort claim (meaning not a personal injury, property damage, labor and employment, contract related, or no fault claim) by personal delivery or by mail, please use the appropriate claim form from the following list:

*For non-tort, no fault, construction, or contract related claims ONLY: The Comptroller’s Office will accept service of non-tort, construction, or contract related claims by commercial carrier with a tracking number, such as UPS or FedEx.
