Report COVID Issues

The Research and Investigations Unit (“R&I”) of the Comptroller’s Office is conducting an investigation into New York City’s preparedness and response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

R&I seeks information about the City’s COVID-19 response, including reports of potential fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement in City programs or agencies.
