Court Sides with NYC Comptroller: COVID Subway Cleaning Crews Must Be Paid Prevailing Wages  

New York, NY — The New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) ruled that MTA New York City Transit Authority’s contracts covering hundreds of workers who cleaned subway cars during the COVID-19 pandemic were subject to prevailing wage requirements.
