M/WBE Letter Grade

Letter Grade Overview

For a second year in a row, DOHMH performed very well with Asian American firms across all spending categories, exceeding its goals for construction and standard services procurement. In addition, the agency improved spending significantly with Women-owned firms in professional services. Yet, this improvement was unable to make up for shortfalls in other categories, chiefly its spending with Black American-owned firms, earning the agency an overall grade of a C.
