New York City and its Financing Entities Announce the Selection of Financial Advisors

The Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, the Office of the New York City Comptroller, the New York City Transitional Finance Authority, the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority, Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation, and TSASC, Inc. have conducted a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) process and are announcing today the selection of financial advisors for each of the respective issuers.

New York City General Obligation Bonds

The Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget and the Office of the New York City Comptroller have selected Public Resources Advisory Group and Frasca & Associates, LLC to serve as co-financial advisors for the City of New York General Obligation (“GO”) bonds.  Additionally, Acacia Financial Group, Inc. has been selected to serve as an advisor for special projects related to New York City.

New York City Transitional Finance Authority

The New York City Transitional Finance Authority (“TFA”) and the Office of the New York City Comptroller have selected Public Resources Advisory Group and Frasca & Associates, LLC to serve as co-financial advisors to the TFA.

New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority

The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority (“NYW” or the “Authority”) and the Office of the New York City Comptroller have selected Lamont Financial Services Corporation and Frasca & Associates, LLC to serve as financial advisors to NYW on a rotating basis.  Additionally, Omnicap Group, LLC has been selected to serve as an advisor for special projects related to the Authority.

Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation

The Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation (“HYIC”), in conjunction with the Office of the New York City Comptroller, has selected Public Resources Advisory Group and Acacia Financial Group, Inc to serve as co-financial advisors to HYIC.

TSASC, Inc.

TSASC, Inc., in conjunction with the Office of the New York City Comptroller, has selected Acacia Financial Group, Inc. to serve as financial advisor to TSASC, Inc.  Additionally, Public Resources Advisory Group will advise the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget and the Office of the New York City Comptroller on TSASC, Inc. matters that are related to New York City, pursuant to their GO contract.

Frasca & Associates, LLC is a certified minority-owned business enterprise and Acacia Financial Group, Inc. is a certified women-owned business enterprise.

The selections for TFA, NYW, HYIC, and TSASC, Inc. are each subject to approval by their respective Board of Directors.
