M/WBE Letter Grade
Letter Grade Overview
BIC did a good job with its Hispanic American spending in the standard services category, but for the most part the agency missed the mark with its M/WBE spending and as such, secured a D grade for a second year.

The Business Integrity Commission (BIC) regulates and monitors the trade waste hauling industry and the wholesalers and businesses operating in the City’s public wholesale markets, and ensures the integrity of businesses in these industries.
