Letter Grade Overview

The Human Resources Administration had $202.3 million in total M/WBE-eligible spending, with 0% on construction, 52% on professional services, 41% on standard services, and 7% on goods. The Human Resources Administration (HRA) is dedicated to fighting poverty and income inequality by providing New Yorkers in need with essential benefits such as Food Assistance and Emergency Rental Assistance. HRA helps over three million New Yorkers through the administration of more than 12 major public assistance programs.
