Letter Grade Overview

Last year, DOC exceeded goals for Hispanic American firms while lagging behind in all other categories. This year, they balanced a loss in spending with Hispanic American firms with a slight increase in spending with Asian American and Women-owned firms. Their efforts led to a D grade for a second year in a row.
