Letter Grade Overview

The Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) had $1.8 million in total M/WBE-eligible spending, primarily composed of construction and goods (98%). DCLA received a B grade, earning A grades with Asian Americans and Hispanic Americans, a D grade with women-owned firms, and an F with Black-owned firms. In FY 2017, DCLA spent $630,000 with M/WBEs, an increase of $50,000 since FY 2016 and a decline of $205,000 since FY 2015 and $740,000 since FY 2014.
