M/WBE Letter Grade

Letter Grade Overview

DOT spent only $20 million out of $412 million with M/WBEs in the construction procurement category, DOT’s largest spending category. DOT met spending goals for Hispanic American, Asian American and Women-owned firms in goods procurement, but failed to achieve goals with respect to other M/WBE categories. For the third year in a row, DOT has earned a D grade.
