Purpose of RFQ
Pursuant to section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the New York City (“City”) Procurement Policy Board (“PPB”) Rules, the New York City Office of the Comptroller (the “Comptroller’s Office” or “Comptroller”), Bureau of Information Systems and Technology (“BIST”) is seeking responses from responsible authorized resellers for the continued use of Purchase of Microsoft Surface Hun 85” and Accessories. Vendor must be a current City-certified M/WBE to be awarded.

Submission Deadline
Tuesday, April 28, 2026, by 2:00 P.M. (EST). Incomplete submission may be deemed non-responsive. Please download the RFQ for submission requirements.
Questions
All questions regarding this RFQ may be submitted in writing to opportunity@comptroller.nyc.gov no later than 12:00P.M (EST) on Friday, April 24, 2026. Please include “PIN# 01526BIST760982 – M/WBE Small purchase RFQ – Dell EMC Unity maintenance service” in the subject line of any e-mail sent to the address above.
In the event the Comptroller’s Office determines that it is necessary to respond to the inquiry in writing, such response will be furnished as an addendum to the RFQ to all potential proposers known to have downloaded the RFQ. All addenda will be available on the Comptroller’s website. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check the website regularly for any updates and addenda to this solicitation. In order to receive email notifications regarding this solicitation, proposers must register and download this RFQ on the Comptroller’s website.
