M/WBE Letter Grade

Letter Grade Overview

For a second year, ACS continued to surpass their spending goal for Asian American firms in most categories, seeing a huge increase in construction spending with Asian American firms, and an increase in standard services spending as well. However, ACS fell short in spending with all other minority groups, landing the agency at a C grade for a second year in a row.

About ACS

The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is responsible for protecting and strengthening the city’s children, youth and families by providing quality child welfare, juvenile justice, early child care and education services.
