Letter Grade Overview
The Department of Sanitation (DSNY) had $387.3 million in total M/WBE-eligible spending, primarily composed of professional and standard services (92%). DSNY received an F grade, earning F grades with Black-owned, Asian American, Hispanic American, and women-owned firms. In FY 2017, DSNY spent $14.2 million with M/WBEs, an increase of $3.8 million since FY 2016, $6.6 million since FY 2015, and $7.9 million since FY 2014.
