Letter Grade Overview

OATH improved upon its relatively poor performance last year. OATH achieved goals for goods procurement with Hispanic American-owned firms and Asian American-owned firms. OATH’s successes enabled the agency to earn an overall grade of a C this year, a step up from the D received in FY 2014.

The Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) is an independent, central court that consists of four tribunals: the OATH Tribunal, the Environmental Control Board (ECB), the OATH Taxi & Limousine Tribunal and the OATH Health Tribunal.
