M/WBE Letter Grade

Letter Grade Overview

Over 90 percent of the Comptroller’s Office procurement is in professional services, where spending occurred with all M/WBE groups. However, the Comptroller’s Office spent very little with any minority group in standard services and barely spent with Black American businesses in any industry. This brought the Office’s overall grade to a C.
